This will show an example of using “Named Ranges” and the Data Validation
Firstly setup your named range.
Input data into A1 >A5
Highlight Cells A1:A5
and Enter the name of the range (without spaces)
In the “Data Validation” you can select List and enter the named range ” =Fruit”
